- Go to the scan option as normal on any printer.
- You’ll now only see the option to scan to Email or Scan to Onedrive. Press on Scan to Email to directly send the scan to your email address, or press on Scan to Onedrive.
- If you have chosen scan to Email, the scan will then send as normal to your email address. If you have pressed Scan to Onedrive, please read below.
- When pressing on Scan to Onedrive, you’ll be sent an email to authenticate your onedrive account to Papercut. You only need to do this once, it’ll never ask you again once successfully authenticated.
- When you have authenticated this, the scans will then be sent to your Onedrive, in a folder called Apps and then a folder called Scans for PaperCut MF.
- On the bottom right of your screen, click the upwards arrow ^.

Once this has finished, your printers should now show as normal.
If you get a pop-up box asking for an administrator to authenticate, please open a ticket with us ASAP. This can only be authenticated by the IT Support Team.

Yes, all files are automatically saved to your Onedrive’s Desktop folder. It may take up to a minute to sync your Onedrive, but all files will start to appear and show as it would on any Intune computer you log in to.
All your files are now automatically synced to Onedrive. This means, anything you create on your desktop, documents folders and more, are all synced. No matter what computer you log in to (As long as it’s an Intune computer), your files follow you!
All files can also be accessed from home by simply connecting to your Onedrive via the Onedrive app or by going to https://office.com/ and opening Onedrive here.
We have been deploying a lot of software to Intune over the past year, doing many tests and seeing what is compatible and what isn’t. Unfortunately, some software just isn’t compatible anymore and won’t work as intended. For this reason, the software you see installed, are the only one’s we are carrying over to Intune from the old network.
We must also keep all software up to date, no outdated software will be installed on Intune.
