Recent Updates and Fixes
  • SIMS Updated to Autumn Release (22/11/2023)

    We have updated SIMS to the latest Autumn release which patches many bugs. Please update your SIMS or if you are having issues submit a ticket below for a technician to update this for you.

  • UPS Replacement in server room (21/11/2023)

    We will be working on replacing the UPS (Battery backup system) at 4pm today. The internet will be offline for approximately 5-10 minutes.

  • SIMS Server (30/10/2023)

    The SIMS Server is now back online and running as normal. We have performed some important work and updates on the server.

  • We are currently performing maintenance on the SIMS server. This includes updates and improvements.
  • We have a critical issue with our main login server. This is running extremely slow and may also be affecting the SIMS server, Edulink and Paxton Door server. We are currently performing maintenance on the server, meaning the connection will be very intermittent! Please expect downtime throughout the day.
  • We have a critical issue with our main login server. This may also cause issues with the connection to Edulink One throughout the day.
